Machine Tooling

Design and production of tooling is an integrated part of RNR’s operation, giving us full control over timing, quality and value for money.

We operate an extremely sophisticated CAD/CAM system to give us the benefit of reduced lead times, superior quality, and the ability to manufacture complex sculptured components. All our design engineers are fluent in mechanical design and surface modelling with collective, in-depth experience within the Die & Mould, Press Tool and Model Making.

Our full machine shop facility produces tooling for all engineering products and materials, from heavyweight press tools to plastic vacuum forming and moulding tools. Through a blend of modern technology and the ‘artistry in metal’ of our craftsmen, we generate the bespoke tooling that ensures accuracy and fitness for purpose of all our products.
